Product prices 

The prices listed in our online shop are in including VAT. The tax specification in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Payment methods 

Individual customers can pay for their orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart. The payment service is Klarna Checkout, the payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment and Finnish online banking payment.

By providing information at the checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 113 43 Stockholm). By placing an order, you accept the general terms and conditions of the Torp Djupbäck online store. 

Delivery fee

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. The delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery method and is automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery method for the order.

Delivery time 

Deliveries 2-7 business days from the arrival of the order. If any of the products in your order are out of stock, we will contact you. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation showing your order details.

For order products, the delivery time is defined with the product information. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience. The online store informs about deviant delivery times on the website.

Delivery methods and international deliveries  

Finnish post office, UPS standard and DHL are available as delivery methods. UPS standards and DHL’s world express deliver international deliveries. We currently ship to the following countries:

Product return policy 

All products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The returned product must be unused and packaged in the same way as when you received the product. For a return, please contact info@torpdjupback.com for instructions on how to return the product and a shipping document. 

If the package has been damaged during transport, you must immediately notify the shipping company which you have chosen.
