In use, the sturdy leather roll softens and especially brown leather patinates, which is a sign of high-quality leather. You can protect and treat the surface of the leather with wax, for example beeswax is recommended. After waxing, allow to dry and polish. If necessary, wipe the surface with a damp towel before waxing, you can also use a leather cleaner for a more thorough wash.
